Primary Responsibilities:

Assist with procedures and inquiries related to the section.

Support the organization of trade, cultural, and investment promotion activities.

Update databases and prepare reports.

Follow up on inquiries from Argentine and U.S. companies.

Help with the logistics of events, meetings, trade fairs, and trade missions, including coordination with organizers, support for company registration, and on-site assistance during activities.

Provide follow-up to Argentine and U.S. companies regarding business opportunities.

General administrative tasks, calendar management, and coordination of communications.
Requirements:

U.S. residency and/or valid work authorization.

Completed or in-progress university studies in related fields (International Trade, International Relations, Business Administration, Marketing, or related).

Experience in administrative and support roles in offices or institutions.

Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office suite, databases, spreadsheet management, etc.).

Fluency in Spanish and English, spoken and written.

Proactive, team-oriented, and strong communication skills.

Organizational ability and experience supporting events, trade fairs, and trade missions.
