HAGUE APOSTILLE ON UNITED STATES PUBLIC DOCUMENTS

Both Argentina and the United States are signatory states of the "XII The Hague Convention for the Suppression of Legalization on Foreign Public Documents".

This procedure precludes the consular legalization of documents issued by agencies of the signatory states.

 

In the case of public documents issued by authorities in the United States, the Apostille must be requested from the competent local authority. The Consulate does not participate in these procedures. For informational purposes, the interested person may consult the following links:
