TALI: The First Investment Project in Logistics for Foreign Trade in Argentina

TALI is the first investment project in logistics for foreign trade in Argentina, offering exporters and importers the opportunity to own their own port.

This innovative model allows any company engaged in international trade to have its operation within a port, being a partner of it.

Each investment partner will be able to invest in its land fraction within the TALI project, where it will have all the logistical and customs advantages of being inside a port. Investment partners may also acquire a percentage according to their operational need for the trust, which owns the multi-purpose dock.

The project is divided into three sectors:

  • SME Park: Fully developed for small companies that provide support services to those located in the VITRACO Park sector and related to the foreign trade logistics chain.

  • Vitraco Park: To be developed. Port lands where investors in square meters of land will be shareholders of the port. Designed for one or several companies that want to store products and dispatch them through TALI Port.

  • TALI Port: It will be a multipurpose terminal. It has the construction declaration issued by the Undersecretary of Ports and Waterways of the Nation and the permits for such purposes, allowing the work to begin immediately.
