The Consulate General and Promotion Center of Argentina in New York is seeking a Receptionist to work under a temporary contract, starting December 1, 2025.
Main Responsibilities:
- In-person and telephone assistance for visitors and regular clients.
- Appointment management for consular services and public guidance.
- Receipt, control, and distribution of correspondence and documentation.
- Logging of phone calls and visits.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in administrative work, reception, or customer service.
- Good command of computer tools.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, responsibility, and courtesy.
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
