In line with its agenda of economic promotion, community engagement, and public diplomacy, the Consulate General and Promotion Center of the Argentine Republic in New York will host on Wednesday, April 22 at 6:00 p.m. a networking event organized by Universidad del CEMA, focused on investment opportunities in Argentina.
The gathering will bring together distinguished financial sector leaders for a timely conversation on Argentina’s macroeconomic outlook, capital markets, and the evolving opportunities emerging from the country’s current investment landscape.
The panel will feature Claudio Irigoyen, Managing Director and Head of Global Economics at Bank of America; Gabriel Roitman, Managing Director at Jefferies; and Manny Contramaestre, Managing Director and LATAM Leader for M&A and Transaction Advisory Services at BDO USA. The conversation will be moderated by Alejo Czerwonko, Ph.D., Chief Investment Officer for Emerging Markets Americas at UBS.
The event is part of the second outreach visit of UCEMA’s Alumni and Institutional Development Department, aimed at strengthening ties with graduates residing in New York, Houston, and Miami, while also deepening connections with Argentine professionals and institutional partners across the United States.
By welcoming this initiative, the Consulate further consolidates its role as a platform for dialogue, professional networking, and the promotion of Argentina’s strategic economic agenda, while also supporting initiatives that reinforce the links between Argentine academic institutions and their global alumni community.
