The Consulate General of Argentina in New York is pleased to share the prevention campaign "The Help Signal" and its song "Fosforecente" carried out by the composer, singer and lawyer Coral Campopiano. The campaign for "The Help signal" was mainly focused on the urgency and aggravation of gender violence as a result of confinement due to the Covid-19 pandemic. It is a S.O.S based on body language that does not need from a verbal language or to be spoken to warn of an emergency situation.
