Continuing with 2014 Cultural Promotion agenda, the opening night of the collective exhibition “Eyesight Vestiges” with the Argentine photographers Ariel Ballester, Alfonso Castillo, Sergio Fasola, Eduardo Medici and Elisa Pritzker took place last April 3rd at the Biblioteca Gallery.

These five artists developed a very personal visual language, exploring different techniques and materials. Argentine gallery “Arte x Arte” is the point of connection between the artists.

They participated in Pinta New York show in 2012.

At the same time, the renowned Argentine sculptor Raul Farco presented his series "Stone,Books" at the “Salon Galeria” of this Consulate General. The exhibition, consisting of nineteen sculptures of different techniques has a turning point on book sculptures in marble and various stone materials, inspired by texts and fragments of Argentine writer Jorge Luis Borges and poet David Shapiro works, as well as three sculptures in wood and aluminum of Asian inspiration surrounding the exhibit.

Both exhibitions will be opened to the public through April 30. Monday to Friday 11 am to 5 pm.
