In parallel with the Fancy Food Show, Fundacion Exportar set for the first time a marketing and commercial promotion innovated tool: a “Food Truck” wrapped with images from Argentina driving through the most representative streets of New York while tasting Argentinean food. The locations of the food truck were:

• Sunday June 29th, in Soho, between Broadway & Prince Street.

• Monday June 30th, in the Radio City area, at 6th Avenue between  50th & 51st Street.

• Tuesday July 1st, in front of the Consulate General of Argentina in New York, West 56th Street & 5th Avenue. At noon was shown live in the food truck screen the soccer game Argentina-Switzerland.

During these three days, among other products, people could taste: olive oil on toasted “brusquetas”, chipa bread, dumplings, pop corn, cookies, frozen mate, dulce de leche and artisan marmalades.
