The Consulate General and Promotion Center of Argentina in New York was pleased to provide institutional support for the workshop organized by Visit Argentina / INPROTUR on September 9, 2025, as part of Argentina’s international tourism promotion efforts. The event featured the participation of Gisela March and Carolina Petrelli from INPROTUR, who coordinated all the details with the Consulate to ensure the success of the activity.
The workshop combined an informative presentation with a networking reception, offering attendees —including tour operators, travel agencies, and industry professionals— a unique space to exchange ideas and strengthen professional connections. During the presentation, Argentina’s main tourist attractions were highlighted, focusing on the country’s rich natural resources as a differentiating factor for marketable destinations, the growing air connectivity through Aerolíneas Argentinas, and new routes and potential international connections currently under study.
The event concluded with a reception where participants enjoyed Argentine wines and products, creating an authentic and immersive experience aligned with the country’s brand strategy. This gathering helped strengthen Argentina’s presence in the New York market, positioning the country as a diverse, competitive, and high-quality destination while consolidating relationships with key players in the tourism industry.
The initiative is part of the ongoing work of the Promotion Center in New York, which aims to promote and position Argentina abroad in the tourism, cultural, and economic sectors, combining information, experiences, and professional connections to showcase everything the country has to offer.
