Commonly used by Argentine citizens or permanent residents who are moving back to Argentina. To obtain a Residence Certificate the applicant must appear in person before the Consulate. An appointment must be arranged in advanced by sending an email to cnyor-tramites@mrecic.gov.ar.

This certificate may be presented to any authority that may require it, including the Inland Revenue (ARCA) and customs authorities of Argentina.
