The Argentine company Agua y Saneamientos Argentinos S.A. announced the call for tender for the operation and maintenance of the Polyaluminum Chloride (PAC) Production Plant and the supply of this essential input in the water purification and wastewater treatment process.
In order to ensure a transparent process, the company has reformulated its tender requirements to encourage greater participation from both national and international companies.
Due to changes in the National Contracting Law by the Argentinian Government, AySA has now the necessary legal conditions to open an international tender for the first time in its history. This allows foreign companies to participate in the process, as long as they meet with the technical, economic/financial and legal requirements established in the bidding documents.
With this international competition AySA aims to promote innovation, encouraging bidders to propose more advanced and higher-quality solutions for the maintenance and operation of the plant, promoting a fair and transparent process.
