Clara Cantore was born in Córdoba, Argentina. She has been traveling the world with a new way of conceiving music rooted in folkloric bass as a solo instrument. Her songs are strongly crossed by the fight for equal opportunities, mainly within the Latin American women's movement. Although Argentine and Latin American folklore are her first language, the influence of flamenco, tango and jazz is very noticeable.
