Within the plan of cultural activities planned for 2014, on Wednesday August 6 took place at this Consulate General, the opening of the samples artists Mariano Gil and Federico Hamann.
Mariano Gil's exhibit, with works from the "Sound Drawings" series, is presented in the Hall Library and is composed by some of his works which reflect his passion for jazz music. As a musician, the portraits of Mariano Gil are reminders of the joy and effort in creating and playing music.
His show features nine works of acrylic, oil pastel on canvas latex and four works of digital print on archival paper.
Meanwhile, in the Hall Gallery, Federico Hamann presents nineteen works with mixed media of various sizes. In his works, there is a communion of parts and elements with gentle pastel tones and play yellows, oranges and browns, gold, metallic brown as well as blue colors and the white light always appearances are a distinguished part on most of them.
Both exhibits will be opened to the public until August 28.
